Hi guys

i can't acceess the raid menu after changing the sata setting to raid.

I see the rog logo at the start of a boot then back to the UEFI screen, i can't see any option to load the intel raid utility

Endlessly tried the ctrl + i combo but nothing.

please help, thanks

Hello! I think you have to enable Intel Rapid Storage Technology in BIOS in order to see the RAID screen that tells you to press ctrl+I

I'm having this same issue. Ctrl+I does nothing at POST. Any ideas?

Have You changed any settings in CSM under boot menu? For example if inside CSM You changed Boot from Storage Devices from [Legacy] to [UEFI only] then You can access IRST inside UEFI - navigate further to the right from Boot section. Also make sure Option ROM Messages is set to [Force BIOS] instead [Keep Current].

I set CSM storage devices to UEFI and Option ROM to Force BIOS. I still cant access it from inside BIOS or via Ctrl+I. I tried those previously, but tried again anyways.

If you have CSM disabled you will not see the intel option ROM Cntrl>I prompt during POST

You must configure RAID within the UEFI itself by pressing the < > arrows to tab across to the menu which is hidden by default.

I feel slightly derpy... I had the SSDs in the non-Intel SATA ports. 😮
After putting them on the Intel controller, I get an option in BIOS for IRST.
