so I just got my new 4790k and proceeded to setup my rig first time with a M6F found out I need to update bios for the 4790 no problem I thought
but ive now tried flashback with 2 usb sticks formated and M6F.CAP all alone in sticks
that indicator light just dont flash or unless I'm pressing the button repeatedly

tried to boot just getting the 00 q code with the cpu led on

using a thermaltake 650w psu
corsair vengeance 2x4gb sticks
both working perfectly in my previous build

any input or help would be appreciated very much

Read that thread it will tell you what to do. Praz gives a definitive method of making your system work. Just read the thread and look for his posts.

i got it sorry was being on the dumb side didn't know the M6F uses the ROG connect (chainlinked) button to flash bios was trying to do with the cmos resetter first ROG MB ^^ up and running
