Only showing 60hz UN- Installed ,AMD removed all , Then re-installed AMD for the 6900 , Still showing 60hz , nothing higher

Showing up in device manger as Generic Pnp monitor

on Win 7 64 bit



Asus vg278he & (not 7) amd 6900hd



SOLVED ,,, hear the bells birds singing,,, Ok or those who have this issues USE the top DVI on the card, for me this worked given , you just brought it and did the above ,and are using the DVI cable from the box.
