Evil Hotdog, it's not normal, something is out of balance with that fan, and needs to be replaced.
If you only had the laptop for 2 days, you can return to the seller for a new replacement much quicker than an RMA to Asus for repair.
You would only need to RMA to Asus if you are outside the return period with the seller.
