G751JT - turn on fans manually?

I recently updated my G751JT to the latest BIOS, and I'm feeling a noticeable amount of heat on the right palm rest, where the arrow keys meet the number pad. Is there a way to set my laptop to run the fans a little more to cool things down? Alternatively, is there a way to turn them on turbo, then return them back to normal?
