Hello every onne 🙂
My new computer restarts twice after 2-3 seconds from boot.
Specs:
Cooler master Cosmos 2
Asus Rampage V extreme
Intel Core i7 5930k
Samsung EVO 850 500GB
Cooler master Neptun 280L liquid cooler
Kingston HyperX Predator DDR4 3000MHz 16GB
CORSAIR AX860I DIGITAL ATX POWER SUPPLY
windows 7

Your PSU?
Have you connected all power cpu cable? 8pin and 4pin?
Leater try to clear CMOS.

I also experienced this problem. The issue was due to the connector on the back of the OC Panel being not fully seated. Once I pushed it in to ensure a tight connection, I have not experienced the problem anymore.
