How do I reset my network adapter settings?

Long story short, I messed around with the settings a little and now I can't detect my router and I can't remember the exact settings before I messed around with it. Any ideas how do I reset its settings to the default?
The adapters I messed around with from the device driver are in the screenshot below.

Hi Caastiel, you can do a hard reset of the adapter in "Device Manager".

1. Right click on the Windows icon.
2. Click on Device Manager in the list that pops up.
3. Expand "Network Adapters"
4. Right click on the "Wireless Network Adapter'"
5. Next select "disable' (On warning window, click yes)
6. Right click on the "Wireless Network Adapter'" again.
7. Next select "Enable"

That should do a hard reset of your "Wireless Network Adapter'"

Good luck my friend.
