I wonder how you would do to create a new recovery disk/partition (or overwrite the current one) to Windows 10. I have got the little WIndows-logo in the taskbar and everything is done for the upgrade.

But as the WIndows 10 upgrade is just free for a year I wonder if I will be able to upgrade to 10 if I revert to 8.1 after july 2016. Also, as the Windows 8.1 installed is a OEM I wonder how it will comply with the warranty if you install Windows 10 and got problems?
