Hey ASUS Fans,

I am thinking about upgrading to R4E with an Intel Core-i7 3930K, but I am wondering if it's worth it for me who don't really OC which I consider a Life shortening thing ... I only upgrade every 3 to 5 years so I dunno !

What do you guys think ?

Thanks 😉

I beleive you will see a massive improvement on your current system with your outlined upgrade. It does depends on teh applications your running.

I have CPU;s that are years and years old that have been overclocked by quite I high percentage from day 1 and not 1 has ever failed. So I have to disaagree with what your saying about overclocking. In anycase who would ever keep a CPU longer than 3 or 4 years they are usually massively out of date by then.
