Massive spike on gw2 while using a G771JW

Hi , i got a brand new G771JW two days ago having the GEforce gtx 960m. After downloading gw2 i had to try and use it at max gfx to see how good it would look on this laptop. Once everything was loaded the game wasnt smooth , there were massive frame drops and spike as i turn the camera and move. My geforce driver is upto date with the help of the GEFORce experience. I could use some help as i really think this laptop should be able to run gw2 smoothly at max gfx.

Try to change shadows to "high" if you have them on "ultra". Ultra shadows caused stuttering even on 980M. Also change both character model quality/quantity or so options (two last ones) to lowest, so you dont get 10fps on world boss fights.
