G752vy screen flickering and really rough refreshing

Hey all,
I recently bought my G752VY and started playing League of Legends and CS:GO. The first day LoL ran flawlessly.
Yesterday and today I have been experiencing some screen flickering and really rough refreshing. Its like staring at microwave rays it looks like. Very hard to focus on the screen when its going flickering black and what I'm playing. Different amounts of stuff going on on the screen make it look worse or sometimes better.
Any solutions?

whats exactly is the problem? Screen shot perhaps?

Maxed out all your games setting, turn off V-sync. If it was turned on by default.

I will try and record a video next time I see it.
It's like a black flickering at different speeds depending on the demand the GPU is under.
Hard to explain. Doesn't make it unplayable, but definitely hard to play with it happening. Throws your eyes for a loop.
Vsync is off. Settings maxed. Gsync on.

Did you adjust your setting via gforce experience quick optimize button? When I did that with Trove I had issues, and I have to use GFE to adjust the settings to make it playable again.
