Hello

I've read some posts and articles about CPU's throttling and how some users tried to update BIOS to fix the issue, but I can't find any specific informations about actual maximum temperatures at different BIOS versions.

I currently have v204, which came with the laptop, and it seems that throttling appears at about 80 degrees (I'll confirm that later, when I'll be at home).
Does anyone know what is the maximum temperature at other BIOS versions? The newest available version is 211.

I don't want to risk of bricking my device if newer software won't actually help.

I tested with v210 and it starts throttling beyond 85°C
Now I run v211 but didn't tested it for throttling yet

Thanks for answer.
So it seems that there's an actual difference. I guess that you were flashing BIOS with Easy Flash from BIOS itself rather than WinFlash? 🙂
