Feel stupid having to do this thread:

IN BIOS my Mouse ( tried a few ) just jumps back to the top of the screen
whenever I try to open any of the options in the menu's

I have full optimisation ON as regards USB Mouse/Keyboard

Would love to know what's causing this problem ..

Have you tried another usb port, preferably a usb 2.0 port on the motherboard.

pulled out all the USB
it works ...........

might be cross-over stuff
now I''ve separated USB devices to front/back
and an extra lead .. with 4 connecters d-link
got about 10 devices now on USB .. yikes

Hey good to hear you got it working and was an easy fix. 10 usb devices is alot but if they're all working that's great !

Just be careful not to overload the usb ports.
