Hi everyone
I have recently upgraded my laptop to windows 10 but due to drivers issue because ASUS won't support that model to work with windows 10 I decided to go back to windows 10
Here's the problem that after I follow the procedures to go back to windows 7 the laptop restarts, I see the windows 10 logo then I see a black screen with a cursor that lasts for 30 seconds then I see the windows 10 logo again then the log in window for windows 10
I tried contacting Microsoft support but they couldn't help me
I hope there is a solution that allows me to go back to windows 7 without losing my installed programs or an option that let me use the recovery partition on my hard disk to go back to windows 7 ASUS factory default
