A question about the warranty policy (G551) regarding LCD panel replacement

By sheer luck I buy a G551JW with an excellent panel - a LP156WF6-SPB1. However, ~20 pixels decided to die last night, leaving a nuisance mark on my screen. Now I wonder whether ASUS guarantee to offer me the exact same panel (at least the replacement should be an IPS) or not, when I bring them my laptop. What's your opinion? The paper came with the laptop didn't mention this.
I do need to do some image editing, so if it's not guaranteed to be good, I will choose to not replace.

The best way is to directly call your asus repair center and ask them. My screen and keyboard had to be replaced after only 5 months, even after very kind usage.
