Hero Alpha ME Version shows 0.0.0.0 after BIOS update to 3201

After update BIOS to 3201, I notice the ME Version shows "0.0.0.0" in BIOS Main page.
Also the post code in MB shows "01" around 10 seconds before the ROG logo shows up/monitor light up. BIOS 2202 did not do the same and boots much faster.

Windows 10 Pro 64bit
ROG MAXIMUS VIII HERO ALPHA
Intel Core i7-6700K
Kingston 16GB HyperX Fury DDR4 2133 MHz
ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1070 AMP Edition
Sandisk X400 512GB SSD
EVGA SuperNOVA G2 80+GOLD 650W

What I did to update the BIOS:
1.Put the BIOS into USB drive and rename to M8HA.
2.Press the CLEAN CMOS button.
3.Plug the USB drive into [USB BIOS FLASHBACK] USB slot.
4.Press the USB BIOS FLASHBACK button for 3-5 seconds.
5.Wait for the USB BIOS FLASHBACK button stops blinking.
6.Boot the PC, and press F5 in BIOS 3201 to load optimized defaults.
7.Notice the ME Version shows 0.0.0.0 and Intel Management Engine Interface despaired from Device Manager.

So I tried those to fix:
1.Re-install ME_11.6.0.1032(downloaded from Hero Alpha driver page), the AsusSetup.exe says I need to uninstall first, so I did uninstall. Then I tried to re-install again, then I got a error says "This platform is not supported." and won't let me install ME driver.
2.Re-flash BIOS then Clean CMOS
3.Clean CMOS then re-flash BIOS.
4.Flash back to 2202. After the USB BIOS FLASHBACK process has done, the PC went to a boot loop and won't let me get into BIOS. So I flash back to 3201.

My PC does work, but boots slow, ME Version shows 0.0.0.0, and Intel Management Engine Interface despaired from Device Manager.
If anyone knows how to fix this please help:) Thank you:)

Best Regards!

More tried those to fix : reinstall the OS / change the storage?
If it sill boots slow, You can RMA 😞

Thanks for the reply.
I don't think reinstall the OS/change the storage will fix the BIOS ME FW version "0.0.0.0" problem.
But I will try reinstall the OS/change the storage before RMA the motherboard.
Thanks again.

Hello

The ME firmware is corrupted. There are 3 options for repair.

Purchase a preprogrammed BIOS chip

Reprogram your current chip

RMA the motherboard.

Conventional flashing will not restore the ME firmware.

I don't have any experience with program the BIOS chip, so I may just RMA it.

Before I RMA the Hero Alpha, there is one more thing that confuse me:
When I tried to USB FLASHBACK the BIOS to older version, my PC went to a boot-loop(power on for 2 seconds, then power off by itself, the power on for 2 seconds. etc..) PC does not light up the monitor at all.
But I'm able to turn on the PC by use USB FLASHBACK the BIOS to 3201, with slow posting(stays at post-code 01 for like 10 seconds), ME FW version shows "0.0.0.0" in BIOS, and Intel MEI is missing from Device Manager.

Does this behavior related to a corrupted ME firmware in BIOS chip?
Thanks for your help
