Just wondering how much the motherboard affects XFR on the Ryzen CPUs. I've built two systems with similar specs (Ryzen 1600X + C6H) and the other system XFR's up like there's no tomorrow. Initially I thought it was my chip so I RMA'd it and the new chip exhibits the same issue (pretty much stuck at 3.7GHz and while HWiNFO does show that it does boost up to 4.1GHz the average multiplier is still 37.0X even when the system is idling).
