USB3 disconnection problem (RVIE)

Hello

When I connect a 2.5" disk to the USB3 port of the case (USB3 header), it connects / disconnects without stopping
I tested with a PCH voltage of 1.0 to 1.08v, but still problems (at 1.08v, it is less often)
To connect a 2.5" disk to USB3, it takes more than 1.08v for it to work properly?
Another voltage to check ?

Thanks

PS: I had the same problem with the R5E and R5E10, and a PCH voltage at 1.07v corrected the problem
Sorry for my english 😄

Try installing the USB drivers.

I use those from Microsoft, those of ASMedia are less efficient
And no problem with USB sticks

Thanks

hey Tistou77,
That's a Microsoft fix if your on the latest and greatest. Virtual Bus emulator Driver is at fault. Microsoft knows about it and hopefully patch it soon.

I wanted to test with the ASMedia drivers, but Windows tells me that the latest drivers are already installed or something like that (by the device manager)
Sorry for my english 😄

With the latest Windows 10, it does not work
I have the message indicated above

After searching, it's like the USB3 drivers from Intel, must use those of Windows 10
