I have been trying various things and some of the results are very confusing. With The HDD and optical drive disconnected and only the SSD plugged in I am able to get video output and get into my bios. No VGA light lit on the mobo just the boot light. But the bios won't recognize the SSD. Shows all 8 SATA ports as empty.

When I plug in my HDD and optical drive along with the SSD it goes back to no video output and the 0d error with VGA light on again.

What would you recommend to get past this second no-post?
    Z4Z9556Q is not a G.Skill Part Number, so I can't identify.

To the right of the MB Start button are RESET button, SAFE_BOOT and RETRY_BUTTON.
SAFE_BOOT will bring you to Bios Safe mode. Used to re-configure Bios. You may need to change DRAM Primary Timings and voltage.
The RETRY button is used for Overclocking and only used when RESET has failed.

As you have both VGA and BOOT_LEDs lit then both these problems need to be investigated to identify the culprit.

Get your SPD values from CPUz in Windows or your Bios Tools menu when Bios is accessible.

OK then disconnect all other boot devices and just have the SSD if that will allow you to access Bios. You can connect the HDD later.
If the SSD is recognised in Bios then set priority for the USB and that will allow you to instal the OS. After OS installation, you will have to prioritize the SSD as first boot device then your USB as second and then the HDD last when you go to instal it.

I already installed Win10 a few days ago on the SSD when I was able to get into bios with only the SSD connected. But now bios wont recognize the SSD and when I hook up either the optical drive or HDD I get the VGA light and 0d.

Well your lucky as your RAM kit is not a tested kit and many have had issue with obtaining their rated speed at 3000MHz.
ATM they are at 2133MHz default, so it will be interesting to see if the XMP profile works.

Well you're getting closer, It's a shame you did not include a pic of your Bios boot menu to confirm your SSD is not recognised.
If you successfully installed Windows then it should show up, so check your cabling and connections again.

I tried some different SATA cables for my drives and one of them wont even let me into bios. I have all my drives plugged into a different SATA strip now and I can get into bios but once again it wont recognize the SSD or HDD, only the optical drive. Weird thing is I tried a different PSU a few days ago and was not able to get into bios then either.

I'm not saying it will be a fix however try disabling Fast Boot in Bios and see how you go.

Nothing changed, still cant see either storage drives.

Edit: Could the CMS settings be affecting anything? The boot from network devices, storage devices and PCI-E expansion devices are set to legacy instead of UEFI.
