The Asus ROG Falchion RX Low Profile is a fantastic deck that may just be the first of its kind to truly sell me on shorter keycap designs. Smooth but still satisfying switches, a comfortable form factor, slick media controls, and a crisp design all make for an elite experience.

By now you can tell that I’m truly impressed with the ROG Falchion RX Low Profile keyboard, and I really am. Many keyboard makers are quick to show off the response time or the switches used in their keyboards, but the Falchion RX is the first time in a long while, where I see a thoughtful and well-designed keyboard for the modern user. The keyboard truly stands out in the crowded field of low-profile gaming keyboards, not just for its aesthetics but also for its performance and features.

Asus allowed me to create a really nice and convincing full white setup, thanks also to the backlighting of the products. The setup consists of the ROG Moonstone ACE L tempered glass mat, which makes the mouse glide incredibly smoothly, the ROG Falchion ACE low profile keyboard, which is very aesthetically pleasing and has keys that offer a pleasant sound, and finally, the super light ROG Harpe ACE AimLab edition mouse.

It is very compact but, despite this, it proved comfortable, allowing us to reach every control with ease. Accomplice to its low profile, we do not have the satisfaction in touch given by standard mechanicals, but the feedback returned by the individual keys (very quiet) is nevertheless pleasant, and the travel of the optomechanical switches is far greater than on the standard membrane keyboard.
