Nvidia just broke the 300-mark with its latest 301.24 beta drivers, and according to the green gaming camp, these are a little more special than your usual incremental update, sporting brand new features and gaming performance - particularly for Skyrim players who will see up to 24% improvements. Also note what platform Nvidia itself prefers to test with: the Rampage IV Extreme!

Just a quick update for ROG GeForce users: Nvidia has recently dropped its GeForce 290.53 beta drivers that improve Skyrim performance (GeForce.com has some comparative benchmarks) and add additional SLI and 3D Vision profiles to new releases like (the awesome) Trine 2. If you're still playing through the 300-odd hours of adventuring, then it's an update you'll certainly want to try.
