ROG XG Station 2 supports full-length desktop graphics cards* with coolers up to 2.5 slots wide, letting you choose from a broad range of options to suit your needs.

Plug and Play

ROG XG Station 2 can be connected or disconnected from your notebook or 2-in-1 PC without restarting. It provides 4 USB 3.0 ports and 1 Gigabit Ethernet port for simultaneous keyboard, mouse, VR headset, monitor, and internet connectivity. When connected with both a Thunderbolt™ 3 and USB Type-B cable, ROG XG Station 2 uses an additional USB signal channel to deliver 2X faster random read speeds and 1.8X faster write speeds than with a Thunderbolt™ 3 connection alone. (Benchmarked with the CrystalDiskMark 5.2.0 4KB Q32T1 test.)

Powerful Yet Efficient

The internal power supply provides up to 500W to a high-performance graphics card and up to 100W to your notebook or 2-in-1 PC via Thunderbolt™ 3**, eliminating the need for a separate power cable to help keep your system tidy. With 80 Plus Gold certification, ROG XG Station 2's power supply is up to 90% energy efficient, reducing electricity use and operating costs.

*if your notebook supports NVIDIA® G-SYNC™ technology , an external display being connected to ROG XG station 2 is required to utilize the graphics card in ROG XG Station 2.
**The power delivery feature of the ROG XG Station 2 will only work with laptops that can be charged via USB-C.
