AMD Rolls Out Catalyst 13.11 Beta 9.2 Driver
AMD has issued the new version of its Beta Catalyst 13.11 graphics driver; Beta 9.2. The new Beta 9.2 will bring a couple of improvements for Call of Duty: Ghost, including improved anti-aliasing performance and an updated CrossFire profile, as well as a fix for recent issues with the PowerTune on the Radeon R9 290 series graphics cards that will "reduce the variance of fan speed/RPM". Some users have reported the cards were behaving strangely under different conditions, so this update will address this.
The new Beta 9.2 version of the Catalyst 13.11 graphics driver also fixed a crash bug seen in some legacy DirectX 9 applications.
As always, the new Catalyst 13.11 Beta 9.2 is available for Windows 7, 8 and Windows 8.1 OS and supports AMD Radeon R9, R7, HD 7000, HD 6000 and HD 5000 Series graphics cards. You can download the new Catalyst 13.11 Beta 9.2 driver at the link below.
