Amazon.com is offering the (latst gen, but still fast!) ROG MATRIX Radeon HD 7970 Platinum graphics card at just US $389.99 (down from US $479.99)
In case you missed it back when it was launched, the MATRIX Radeon HD 7970 Platinum is factory overclocked to 1100MHz for the GPU while 3GB of GDDR5 memory paired up with a 384-bit memory interface is clocked at an incredible 1650MHz (6600MHz effective).
It also features ROG GPU Tweak, impressive DIGI+ VRM with 20-phase Super Alloy Power, TweakIt overclocking and VGA Hotwire and ROG board voltage regulators that allow hardware level voltage control. With a triple-slot DirectCU II cooler that provides up to six times more airflow, 20 percent cooler temperatures and three times less noisy when compared to the reference cooled solutions.
