Gallery: ASUS PB287Q - $799 28-inch 4K Monitor
Calling all (future) 4K gamers: the PB287Q 28-inch LCD has just launched with 4K/UltraHD (3840 x 2160) resolution at 60Hz (via DisplayPort) with DP, HDMI and MHL inputs also available.
ASUS packs full ergonomic tilt, swivel, pivot adjustments and software enhancements like SplendidPlus™ (Standard / Scenery / Night View / Game / Theater / sRGB modes / Reading / Darkroom), ASUS QuickFit Virtual Scale (Document/ Alignment/ Photo), ASUS VividPixel Technology, ASUS GamePlus Technology, ASUS EyeCare Technology (Flicker-free Technology & Low-blue Light Technology) Picture-in-Picture (PiP) and Picture-by-Picture (PbP).
At 28-inches it's more desk friendly than the 32-inch PQ321 (not to mention more wallet friendly too!) As a 10-bit display it's capable of 1.07 billion colors, which combined with the high-brightness 330cd/m² gives a 100,000,000:1 via ASUS Smart Contrast Ratio (ASCR).
