Perks and Abilities
According to Fallout 4’s developer Bethesda, this time the perks are really extra perky. Each perk is actually a skill tree where you can rank each for itself. For example, you can choose a perk to give extra damage to pistols but ranking it up you can add more range to them. The talents are leveled up according to the character itself. It’s a new complex game behind the game. This is one of the few features in Fallout 4, which expands the player’s opportunities and gives almost boundless options for customization. There are 70 base perks and over 270 ranks for them, so it will definitely take a huuuuge amount of time to try it all. Funnily enough, thanks to this Build Planner you can test these new perks even outside the game:
Old Good Deathclaw
It is not really important, we just wanted to give him some love. Some things never change and Deathclaw is one of them. You hated him before? You can hate him even more now and hurt him badly again. Ouch.
Smoother Character Customization
The new Fallout 4 character editor system will make all of those who pay big attention towards creation of an exclusive-looking character squeal in joy. Revamped freeform creation of faces with literally tons of possible features and the ability to click and drag every one of them will add accuracy and great amounts of fun to the process.

Scrap and Build
It was said that Fallout 4 will become a personal experience. As in any RPG every player can decide for himself which path to take, but this time it has gone way beyond it. Everyone is able to fully customize not only the character itself but also build houses and change the environment. At the same time post-apocalyptic trash and wrecks begin to be useful. Now all of it can be strapped for materials, which can be used to build new structures and defense around your settlement. The following video pretty much explains it all. The complexity and freedom to do whatever you want is breathtaking.

Mods Do Not Sleep
Some early Fallout 4 testers brought up the discussion about opaque tones of the environment in-game. There are some graphics tweaks online for your extra viewing pleasure (or you could just use an ROG monitor). One of them is “Enhanced Wasteland Preset” presented by Razed, which makes the wasteland appear less washed out. You can see it here and download it using this link.

Time Will Not Stop
In the previous installations Fallout 3 and New Vegas the player could the left controller bumper to freeze time using the V.A.T.S while playing. This was quite the help for targeting malevolent creatures and checking out their weak spots. It is still possible but instead of freezing, using the V.A.T.S will only slow time in Fallout 4 considerably.
Stay Away From That Radiation
Maybe you did not notice this before, but being exposed to radiation significantly harms your character. In Fallout 4 there is even more attention paid to that. We will not say too much, just be sure to purify the water in your settlement.
Aliens Are Back?
The small note from the developers regarding the Mural at the Museum of Freedom earlier already revealed an interesting part of the lore. It included the fact that the war happened at the same time on the moon. Therefore, some enthusiasts believe that Fallout 4 could mark a possible coming of aliens and space battles.
For a Good Laugh
Anything Bethesda says and promises is always tested by avid Fallout fans. Fallout 4 is the first game to feature a fully voiced protagonist, giving the game more emotional depth. The Sole Survivor is of course not the only one speaking though. Fallout 4’s robo-butler Codsworth apparently knows how to say over 1000 names. Can he says yours? Here is a hilarious demonstration of his abilities:

Final Touch
With this information you’re ready to go, just make sure your computer meets at least the recommended Fallout 4 PC requirements (which are pretty high!):
Windows 7/8/10 (64-bit OS required)
Intel Core i7 4790 3.6 GHz/AMD FX-9590 4.7 GHz or equivalent
8 GB RAM
30 GB free HDD space
NVIDIA GTX 780 3GB/AMD Radeon R9 290X 4GB or equivalent
You will be safe with a ROG G20 (but not really, you're never safe in Fallout 4)), while on the run ROG G751 and G752 are also as safe as you're gonna get.
