The Rampage IV Black Edition motherboard box follows the black/grey color scheme of the motherboard and from even the first look at it, it is quite clear that this is a premium product.

In case you missed it earlier, the front clearly shows that the ROG Rampage IV Black Edition comes bundled with the Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag game.

The back of the box outlines all the specifications of the motherboard as well as some of the unique features like the OC Panel, SupremeFX Black audio, Extreme Engine Digi+ III and the 4-way SLI CrossfireX while the inside flap details those features a bit more closely, describing each and every one, including the Wi-Fi Go! in full detail.

Taking the Rampage IV Black Edition out of the box, you will notice the sheer weight of this motherboard, which should leave a great impression regarding build quality of a product. Checking the coolers quickly brings the answer to the question why this board is so heavy; the individual blocks have been milled from single aluminum pieces, and the MOSFET coolers are connected via a massive heatpipe.
