So I just built my pc with the following specs:
i7 4790k
GTX 980 SC 4gb
Asus Maximus VII Hero
16gb RAM
128gb SSD
2tb HDD

I'm having a problem with audio though. The problem is that there is no audio. At all. Not through the front panel connections or the rear panel connections. Can anyone help me out?

Go into BIOS -> Advanced -> Onboard Devices -> enable the onboard sound card.
