MOSFET galium nitrida adalah sumber daya pada PSU Thor. Sementara GaN FET memungkinkan PSU Thor 1600W mengalirkan arus dalam jumlah besar tanpa menjadi boros sehingga kerugian akibat switching loss menjadi lebih rendah dan efisien dibandingkan dengan transistor silikon konvensional.
