PROMOTION EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This promotion -- ROG - Xbox PC Game Pass Giveaway (“Promotion”) is hosted by ASUSTeK Computer Inc. (“ASUS”).

1. 1. Detailed information with respect to how to play and win prizes in connection with this specific Promotion, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy, constitutes part of this Promotion Event Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. Eligible Entrant (as defined below) shall be bound by any such revisions.
2. 2. The Promotion commences on March 3rd, 2023, at 10a.m. (UAE time) and terminates on March 20th, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. (“Promotion Period”) and hosts within UAE only (“Promotion Territory”).
3. 3. Employees of ASUS and its, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies, who are involved in the Promotion, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE for this Promotion.
4. 4. People who live in Promotion Territory and would like to participate in this Promotion during the Promotion Period acknowledge as follows:
1.   A. This promotion is eligible for selected laptops purchased from ASUS eshop (https://www.asus.com/me-en/store/).
2.   B. Forty (40) prize winners will be randomly selected and be subsequently informed before 28/03/2023.
3.   C. The prize, which is one (1) code for redeeming Xbox PC Game Pass (approximate retail value (ARV): $9.99) (“Prize Code”) will be delivered to your email.
4.   D. You must create a new Microsoft account for redeeming Prize Code if you have redeemed any Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Code before.
5.   E. The Prize Code will be invalid after March 31st, 2023. You will be automatically billed for the subscription to XBOX Game Pass at the intervals you selected unless you cancel the subscription or turn off recurring billing in your Microsoft account before March 31st, 2023.

Select regions (www.xbox.com/regions) and devices; streaming limits apply, server availability and wait times may vary. Requires high-speed internet connection (ISP fees apply). Best performance will be achieved at rates of 10 Mbps on mobile devices, 20 Mbps on consoles, PCs and tablets and 5Ghz WiFi or mobile data connection. Streaming performance is affected by internet connection, user location, device, and other factors. Your gameplay on other devices may be limited. Streamed games may have limited functionality, for example:

• Limited video resolution;
• Limited audio outputs;
• Limited game save storage (cloud saves only);
• Limited in-game purchases;
• Limited user-generated content functionality;
• Limited companion app support; and/or
• Limited accessory and peripheral support.
