PROMO MECHANICS

The ROG Xbox Ally Pre-Order Program is valid only at participating ASUS and ROG Concept Stores nationwide.
Customers must purchase the ROG Xbox Ally within the promo period to be eligible for the Pre-Order Program.
Customers who successfully register through the redemption site at Pre-order ROG XBOX ALLY will be entitled to receive one (1) ROG Xbox Ally 2-in-1 Premium Case.
Customers must provide the following details accurately for registration to be validated:
Full Name (as reflected on the Sales Invoice)
Preferred Shipping Address
Contact Number
Alternate Contact Number
E-Mail Address
Clear photo of Official Receipt/Sales Invoice
The promo is valid for purchases and registrations made within the promo period only. Registrations made after October 16, 2025, will no longer be accepted.
ASUS Philippines reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the information and documents submitted. Invalid, fraudulent, or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
The free ROG Xbox Ally 2-in-1 Premium Case will be shipped to the registered address of qualified customers within a reasonable period after successful validation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The ROG Xbox Ally Pre-Order Program is a pre-order campaign that aims to offer limited-time exclusive bundle packages to the first 100 buyers of the featured ROG Xbox Ally series starting October 7, 2025. The promo shall officially end upon October 16, 2025 or upon 100 valid registrations have been recorded.
The exclusive bundle will only be applicable from purchases made in the stores stipulated. However, ASUS Philippines has the right to refuse redemptions for purchases that are not validated by the NTC, even when bought from participating shops.
All electronics purchases should be activated and connected to the internet upon purchase, as part of the NTC validation process
The promo allows a maximum of 5 claims per customer or per company for the whole promotion period.
Each purchase, regardless of shared invoice or not, shall be registered separately on the microsite
The customers must give valid information to avail the exclusive bundles that will be sent out from ASUS Philippines Headquarters.
Incorrect or falsified information submitted to ASUS Philippines will void the validity of claim
Claims without official invoice or incomplete details will automatically be rejected
Authorized re-sellers and dealers may not submit claims on behalf of the customer.
Each purchase and invoice are valid for claiming one promotion only. If the customer has claimed for another promotion, ASUS Philippines reserves the right to invalidate the claims.
Promo exclusives are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash
Employees of ASUS Philippines, affiliated agencies, distributors, dealers, promoters including their employees, and relatives up to the second-degree affinity or consanguinity are exempted from the promo.
ASUS Philippines’ courier will be in contact with the customer for confirmation of validity as well as of shipment details via Facebook Messenger/SMS/Call/E-mail. Failure to respond to any of the attempted correspondence shall cause further delay of shipment to the buyer.
Shipment arrivals may vary depending on the location of delivery.
ASUS Philippines reserves the right to investigate any damages to the shipment before confirming replacement of item/s.
Any request to re-process outside the standard operating procedure will be subject to charges and fees shouldered by the customer.
For returned shipments due to courier unserviceable areas, ASUS will be coordinating with the customer for the nearest LBC branch or ASUS / ROG Concept Store in your area to re-ship the items. The bundle items should be returned to ASUS Manila Warehouse before re-shipping the item/s which may cause additional delays.
Existing replacement and repair policies of the store where the unit was purchased will be applicable once the unit has been availed.
Standard warranty terms will also apply to laptops purchased only during the same transaction.
