Shamino has taken the new AMD Radeon HD 7970 3GB graphics card and put it under liquid nitrogen (LN2). The end result? Firstly a huge 1,650MHz core frequency was hit, then half a day later 1,700MHz was squeezed out of it! That's a massive 84% increase over stock speed.
