ASUS Wins Seven 2015 CES Innovation Awards
As we speak CES 2015 is under way, each year attempting to outdo the last since 1976. Last year was a record-breaking year with 160,498 in total attendance. In 2014, there were 3,673 exhibitors, people from more than 140 countries, and more than 20,000 new product announcements. In this prestigious event, ASUS has won seven CES Innovation Awards for products with outstanding design and engineering at the 2015 International CES® in Las Vegas. The awards cover 29 product categories and products are judged by a preeminent panel of independent industrial designers, engineers, and trade journalists.
ASUS won awards in the Computer Hardware and Components, Computer Peripherals, and Gaming Hardware and Accessories categories. The winning products include ROG G20AJ, ROG GR8, Transformer Book T300 Chi, ZenBook NX500, ZenBook UX305, LX321 and LX341.
ASUS ROG G20AJ
ASUS ROG G20AJ compact gaming desktop won in the Gaming Hardware and Accessories category. This is the world's most powerful compact gaming desktop PC, packing advanced hardware into a stunning 12.5-liter small-form factor design. Its Intel Core i7 processor and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 graphics deliver ultimate performance during demanding marathon gaming sessions. Despite its incredible performance and efficient cooling, ROG G20 runs silently, generating just 22 dB at idle.
ASUS ROG GR8
ASUS ROG GR8 won awards in the Computer Hardware and Components category. It is ROG's ultra-compact gaming desktop PC that delivers incredible punch in a compact 2.5-liter chassis. ROG GR8 boasts an Intel Core i7 processor and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750Ti graphics for Full HD gaming. Its sublime geometric design has two solid covers wrapped around the main body, and provides a highly efficient thermal system, easy storage upgradability, silent operation, and stunning aesthetics. ROG GR8 also includes the professional gamer-grade Gladius mouse and M801 mechanical keyboard for a complete gaming package.
