Republic of Gamers Announces Maximus VII Impact Mini-ITX Z97 Motherboard
Mini-ITX fans your Z97 upgrade is here! With no less than five daughterboards for all its features, the Maximus VII Impact is the most densely packed SFF board to date.
Its second gen Impact Power II board will overclock Devil's Canyon without limitation, giving you the full potential of your processor purchase; and it's the only mini-ITX motherboard with M.2 X4 PCIE3 support, giving up to 32Gbps of SSD powerrrr. On the flip side of the MPCIE Combo IV is an 802.11ac WiFi adapter pre-installed as well.
SupremeFX audio has been refined to the SupremeFX Impact II with full Sonic software suite, and the LANGuard, Intel Gigabit Ethernet and GameFirst III combination is the same package as its bigger Maximus VII brothers.
On the rear IO the Impact Control II houses the Q-code readout, KeyBot, SoundStage, BIOS Flashback and Clear CMOS buttons, and on the other side sits the fan adapter card that elevates two 4-pin connectors so they are easier to use when building your tiny rig, in addition to the LN2 mode jumper nestled underneath them. Yes - even this ROG board is really built with extreme overclockers in mind too!
