3DMark Vantage Performance World Record 1-2 By TeamAU & 8Pack
TeamAU broke the 3DMark Vantage Performance (single card) world record recently with 76,163 marks, using:
- Matrix GTX 780 Ti at 1.8GHz core clock, 2.0GHz memory (8.0GHz effective)
- Rampage IV Black Edition with 16GB of G.Skill TridentX memory at 2.66GHz 9-12-12-19
- Core i7 4960X clocked at 6.025GHz.
However 8Pack dropped his backup and retook first place with a score of 77,506 marks, establishing a clear lead of nearly 1,400 marks over the Australians. Both teams used ASUS/ROG hardware in the records, but 8Pack seems to be able to eek out a few more MHz with his killer GTX 780 Ti DCII and 4930K combo:
- Asus GeForce GTX 780 Ti Direct CU II at 1.831GHz core clock, 1.975GHz memory (7.9GHz effective)
- Rampage IV Black Edition with 16GB of Corsair Dominator Platinum memory at 2.7GHz 9-12-12-25.
- Core i7 4930K clocked at 6.2GHz
