ASUS Announces R9 280X, R9 270X, R7 260X DirectCU II Graphics Cards

AMD's new R9 and R7 series graphics cards are now available, and ASUS has added its renowned DirectCU II and DIGI+ VRM and Super Alloy hardware into the R9 280X, R9 270X and R7 260X designs. This makes them up to 20% cooler and 3x quieter than reference, with a power design that produces 30% less voltage 'noise' and lasts up to 2.5x longer lifespan.
