Terms and Conditions

1. General conditions for Participation

   This event – #ROGPushFitDuet Challenge (“Challenge”) is hosted by ASUSTeK Computer Inc. (“ASUS”).

   1. Detailed information with respect to how to enter the challenge and win prizes in connection with this specific Event, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy, constitutes part of this Challenge Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Participating in this Event is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. Eligible Entrant (as defined below) shall be bound by any such revisions.
   2. This Challenge is open to all regions. Entrants must be aged 13 or older, only excluding employees and immediate relatives of employees of the Organizer and/or Administrator, their respective parent, subsidiaries, or affiliated companies, or any other person professionally connected with this Challenge. Persons below the age of 18 are required to obtain the consent of a parent or a legal guardian before participating in the #ROGPushFitDuet Challenge and confirm to the organizing team that such consent has been given, by their participation in the #ROGPushFitDuet Challenge.
   3. Participation is permitted irrespective of purchase of a product/service. No purchase is necessary.
2. Challenge Details
   1. This Challenge starts on Tuesday, 26^th July, 2022 at 9:00 UTC and closes on Friday, 2^nd September, 2022 at 21:00 UTC (Challenge Period).
   2. To enter the Challenge, Entrants will need to post a TikTok duet or Instagram remix using the #ROGPushFitDuet Video and post it onto their social media profiles, with the following 2 hashtags included in the caption (#ROGPushFitDuet, #ROGPushFitSwitchSocket)
      1. Entrants are required to make their entries during the Challenge Period to qualify. Entries submitted before or after the Challenge Period will not be eligible.
      2. Multiple entries per person is accepted.
      3. Entrants are required to make sure their social media Profile and Post is Public to ensure valid entry to the challenge.
      4. Three-layer duets/remix entries (Original #ROGPushFitDuet video + Entrant 1 + Entrant 2) are also valid. Any duets consisting of over three layers will not be qualified.
      5. Creative entries will be chosen to be reposted on ROG Global’s official social platforms.
3. Selection of Winners and Prize
   1. Prize Winners will receive one (1) ROG Chakram X gaming mouse.
      1. The RRP value of the ROG Chakram X is $159.99 USD.
   2. There will be ten (10) Prize Winners total. Prize Winners will be chosen by ASUS based on content creativity and originality. ASUS’s decision on the winners list is final. No further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
   3. In an instance a three-layer duet gets selected as a winner, all Entrants involved will each win an ROG Chakram X gaming mouse.
   4. Prize Winners will be subsequently announced within four (4) weeks after the end of the Challenge Period through ROG Fan pages on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). Winners will be contacted via the ROG Global official social accounts to provide their details.
   5. Prize Winners shall inform ASUS of their contact information within seventy-two (72) hours after ASUS announces the list of Prize Winners. Any failure of a Prize Winner to make the contact information available to ASUS will be deemed a waiver of the right for the Prize awarded, and ASUS, in its sole discretion, has the right to reselect a winner.
   6. The Prize will be delivered to Prize Winner’s indicated address within three (3) months after the Drawing Date. The delivery date may be changed without prior notices.
   7. The maximum number of prizes that an eligible Prize Winner can win under this Challenge is one (1) Prize per person. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, in part or in full. ASUS reserves the right to substitute the prize with that of a similar value at any time.
   8. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in the Prize description.
4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase is necessary to participate in the Challenge. A purchase will not improve Entrant’s chances of winning.
5. For any reviews/ articles/ posts/ ratings about Entrant’s user-generated content or using experience of ASUS products/ services on ASUS or on 3rd party platforms, Entrant should disclose material connections between Entrant and ASUS in such reviews/ articles/ posts/ ratings (for example, by stating “sponsored post by ASUS” or “promoted post by ASUS” in Entrant’s reviews/ articles/ posts/ ratings).
6. This Challenge is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, TikTok or Instagram. You agree to grant TikTok or Instagram a complete release regarding this Challenge. You acknowledge that you are providing your comments and Personal Information to ASUS and not to TikTok or Instagram; and such information and Personal Information will only be used for this Challenge.
