We saw an experimental RAIDR back at Computex, then all went quiet for six months as the ROG engineers locked themselves behind close doors in furious development. Now after much work, RAIDR is back!
The ROG RAIDR was shown at the very end of the ROG Computex press conference as a special addition to the event. The RAIDR is a concept device with 'multiple' SSDs internally setup in RAID-0 and a Thunderbolt connection to the PC. Is storage gaming related? The ROG team have several reasons for designing the RAIDR;
