Originally founded as a StarCraft team in 2004, SK telecom T1 is renowned for being the best LoL team in the world. Since 2016, SK telecom T1 has placed first in multiple global competitions, including the Intel® Extreme Masters (IEM) Season 10 World Championship, the LoL Champions Korea (LCK) 2016 Spring Playoffs, the 2016 Mid-Season Invitational, and the 2016 World Championship.
