ROG OC Showdown Extreme Series - Round 2 Results
After an intensive month of competition, the ROG OC Showdown Extreme Series Round 2 has come to a close. Overclockers from around the world competed using extreme cooling with sub-zero temperature in pursuit of overclocking supremacy.
Round Two ran from April 17th to May 18th, and overclockers battled over 3 benchmarks: MaxxMem Read Bandwidth, 3DMark Fire Strike Physics and Unigine Heaven Extreme. The overclockers submitted impressive results and even one Global First Place was presented to Dancop in MaxxMem Read Bandwidth using a Maximus VII Impact and G.skill TridentX DDR3 memory.

Unigine Heaven Extreme: Xtreme_Addict - GEFORCE GTX 980 @ 2100/2175MHZ
For the graphics stage of this competition, Xtreme_Addict from Poland achieved the best score. He is followed by Strat from France.

Formula Series Round 2 announced
For anyone who just wants to have a go, a special competition was created just for you! The Formula Series is open to overclockers around the world who are benching under stock / air or water cooling (no extreme cooling allowed). Win kudos and also lucky draw prizes, be in it to win it! Round 2 of the Formula Series will run from June 17th till July 18th. Stay tuned!
