ROG OC Showdown Extreme Series - Round 3 Results and Overall Ranking
ROG OC Showdown Extreme Series Round 3 concludes the global ROG OC Showdown 2015 online campaign. The latest results have been approved, and here is the Round 3 ranking as well as the overall ranking which define the Elite League Champion, Extreme League Champion and Formula Champion.
Extreme Series Round3 Results
Overclockers had to submit scores in three different stages: SuperPi32M, 3DMark2001 and Aquamark3. The competition was tight, but in the end Dancop and Xtreme_Addict edged out the competition.
Just as the other rounds of the Extreme Series, 6 overclockers are awarded with prizes: the top 3 from the Elite League and the top 3 from Extreme Leagues. Racoon, Wizerty and DrWeez from Elite League just missed out, as Dancop (#1), Xtreme_Addict (#2) and rsannino (#4) established themselves in the top 3 positions in the Elite League. Rauf (#3), laoshu1919 (#8) and Bullshooter (#9) took the top 3 positions in the Extreme League.
Five lucky overclockers are also receiving a pack of goodies each, including an ROG OC Showdown T-shirt, 5.5g of Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut thermal paste, and two Twister fans.

Extreme and Formula Series Overall Ranking
The battle was tight in both the Extreme Series and the Formula Series with more than 400 participants joining the six competitions. Overclockers had three rounds to show that they are the best in their category and demonstrate their supremacy in using ASUS motherboards. Hardware capability, OS tweaking, temperature control, patience and problem solving were the key skills required in order to dominate.
In order to give everyone a chance, Extreme Series prizes were divided up into two categories:
- Elite League (pro overclockers) - top 3 to win prizes in each round
- All other overclockers using subzero cooling techniques to get the best performance - top 3 to win prizes in each round
And the top 6 from the Formula Series each winning prizes every round.
It's now time to reveals the three grand champions for the ROG OC Showdown 2015 campaign:
ROG OC Showdown Extreme Series
Taking top position overall in the ROG OC Showdown Extreme Series, Dancop from Germany had the highest overall ranking in the Elite League with a total of 398 points. He is our Elite League Champion!
In the Extreme League, also participating in all three rounds, fahmi_thebull from Indonesia has been declared as our Extreme League Champion!
ROG OC Showdown Formula Series
Nvidiaforever2 from France proved himself to be our Formula Series Champion!
Each of the champions has earned themselves an exclusive ROG OC Showdown Trophy and unique ROG goodies.
