You may already know bOddaker as the mastermind behind mods such as TRON Lightcycle, Neptune's Trident and Battlestar Galactica. Now he's back! Now with a new creation dubbed NightStrix. Check out his progress as he took on the challenge.

Inception to Contraption
Hardware:
- ASUS Strix graphics card
- ROG Maximus VII Hero
- Cooler Master V1200 Platinum PSU
- Cooler Master Nepton 280L1
Video Card Blingage
All the badges and decals were removed, then covered with tasty carbon fiber vinyl.
Building the Foundations
After the acrylic arrived, it was time to put in the power supply to make sure everything fits snug.

Mount the Hardware
Let's see if the bulkheads or the motherboard tray require any adjustments.

Installing Liquid Cooling
Slots in each bulkhead are required to allow the tubing to pass through. The slots are then filled in later.

Carbon Fiberize
Vinyl is applied on the bulkhead, then trimmed.

Get the Basics Down
A metal base and some aluminium brackets hold and house the bulkheads and GPU in place. Even the feet had carbon fiber vinyl applied.
